He also collaborates with fellow team members to generate innovative ideas to help grow our business. To Scott, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing his talented employees achieve success every day.

Nancy always has a plan. In her role as strategic account planner, Nancy crafts strategies to build a client’s business and works with fellow team members to create a plan and develop messaging that delivers on those goals. Nancy is passionate about getting results for clients, and her natural curiosity allows her to never stop learning. Her favorite thing about working here is the people – both teammates and clients.

Arnie is an expert at driving business growth. His focus is on working with prospective and current clients to understand their business goals in order to apply the most appropriate marketing strategies to help them achieve those goals – even when that client is Pipitone! Even so, his favorite part of working at Pipitone is being surrounded by a team of talented, hard-working and caring individuals.

If you need a problem solved in a pinch, Vince is your guy. As Director of Creative Services, Vince leads our creative department of designers, art directors and production staff while managing schedules and keeping projects moving efficiently. Vince views every challenge thrown his way as a unique opportunity – he embraces the chance to dive into the mechanics of how projects flow through the creative process to produce great deliverables.

As leader of the PR team, Lynn guides the group to utilize all tools of the trade – planning, strategy, creativity, writing, media relations and more – to help clients achieve their business objectives. Engaged, strategic and imaginative are a few words to describe this PR expert who enjoys crafting comprehensive PR plans, media training and writing. She also appreciates getting to collaborate with the enormously talented Pipitone team.

Ron brings to the agency the perfect combination of attributes gained from over 40 years of experience in developing a wide range of visual communication projects and websites for a variety of corporations. With a get-it-done work ethic and an unruffled exterior, Ron has a unique charm to make clients and staff eager to work with him.

Leah is all about analysis. Whether it’s a new website for a client or our own agency, our senior director of agency resources loves reviewing numbers and finding ways to generate better results. Leah makes everyone’s job easier by streamlining processes and making sure employees have the tools they need to be successful. Oh, and Leah also manages our digital team, ensuring our clients’ digital strategies and websites are top notch.

Much of Marc’s wizardry happens behind the scenes. He works mostly remote. And his passion for organizational growth and planning puts his thoughts squarely in the future tense. Yet above all else our chief financial officer values the family atmosphere of Pipitone, which benefits from his strategic mindset, conscientious discipline, and agency loyalty.

To get a glance at Jeff's brand influence, just take a quick look at the lighted signs across the Pittsburgh skyline. And as Pipitone’s Chief Creative Officer, Jeff brings that guidance to be a sounding board and inspirational influence to push the agency’s creativity and strategic thinking. Great work is dependent on the collaboration of great people, and that’s why Jeff believes the agency’s work just keeps getting better.

From coordinating with vendors to planning employee activities—including the famous Pipitone Halloween party—Francine has a number of crucial roles to keep the agency running. A Pipitone veteran for more than 20 years, she has seen it all, but one thing remains constant, and that’s the quality of Pipitone Group’s work.

As VP of Account Services and Strategic Communications, Kim manages these teams while also serving as the key client contact on a variety of accounts. She’s tenacious when it comes to tackling client challenges and helping clients achieve their goals with strategic, creative solutions. Kim enjoys working with all the personalities and talents she interacts with daily.

As a Public Relations Strategist, Alex works to tell his clients’ stories through the media—and he also enjoys enhancing a brand’s perception through creative concepting. What he likes most about Pipitone is that he can do both alongside so many smart and creative people.

As a digital strategist, Ali is all about customer journeys and data collection – in other words, she’s able to tell a story that started out as numbers on a spreadsheet. Ali is a strategic, analytical and driven professional who is thrilled about the opportunity to collaborate with Pipitone’s diverse and creative minds. She enjoys working with our wide range of clients, from large international companies to local small businesses.

As an Account Executive, Ashley supports the senior account supervisor, collaborates with other agency departments on a range of projects and builds and maintains day-to-day client relationships -- always with empathy and a huge smile. Impressing all of us with her ability to multitask and adapt to any situation, Ashley says she loves seeing a project through from beginning to end.

Ayla is truly a people person. She manages all parts of client projects; facilitating communication and information flow between the client and internal teams and loves getting to work on integrated projects that span multiple departments. Her resilience, organization and attention to detail make her a great account supervisor.

Caitie loves people. That’s why she makes such an exceptional senior account supervisor. Caitie spends her time focusing on strategic planning, branding, project execution and overall client relationship management. Her favorite thing about working with us? Collaborating with fellow team members on creative solutions to meet her clients’ goals and objectives.

A passionate, outgoing, determined individual who loves meeting with potential clients? That’s Candace in a nutshell, and it’s why she’s perfect for us! In her role as business development executive, Candace is the face of Pipitone at industry events, identifying and engaging with prospective clients while building consultative relationships. She loves the opportunity to work for a fun, creative agency while flexing her B2B sales muscles.

Caroline enjoys developing cutting-edge PR techniques for Pipitone clients. She’s continually motivated by her colleagues’ creativity and learns something every day. As a PR Strategist, Caroline enjoys creating influencer marketing campaigns. She also works with clients on PR strategy, media relations, crisis communications, social media strategy and so much more!

Chao is a skilled senior production coordinator in the creative department who loves visual enhancement and manipulating images. He works on a variety of large projects at Pipitone and enjoys having reliable, knowledgeable teammates to collaborate with.

Chris is a rockstar with words. As a Content Specialist, he writes all types of content including blogs, ad scripts, case studies, social posts and much more, but his favorite things to write are feature stories. He loves the opportunity to collaborate with his talented, creative teammates.

The values that mean a lot to us are also the values that mean a lot to Cydney: giving back to the community, providing a welcoming and accepting office environment, and – of course- a love of dogs. Cydney is driven, organized and resilient – she looks forward to taking on new challenges thrown her way, collaborating with her coworkers and working with clients in a variety of industries.

Seeing a client’s vision come to life makes Erin’s day. As an account executive, Erin helps with project execution – from the very beginning stages all the way to completion. Her strong work ethic and reliability make Erin an asset to both the account services team and her client teams. She’s grateful for her Pipitone teammates, who are always willing to lend a helping hand and answer her questions.

We’re all about creativity at Pipitone, and it’s tough to find someone who encapsulates that idea better than Erin. As our training resources manager, Erin uses creative training techniques to help people bring their best selves to the table. She’s also a valuable resource for training and development through positive psychology. Erin loves being a part of the Pipitone culture, creative staff and innovative strategies that help us grow.

A great receptionist should be attentive, intuitive and polite – three qualities that Erin unquestionably possesses. Erin is excited to be back in the workforce after 24 years as a stay-at-home mother, and she looks forward to focusing on her personal growth and being a part of a larger team. She loves the friendly office environment and greeting guests and clients when they come through our doors.

Gilbert relishes the opportunity to do highly strategic creative, and as a Senior Content Strategist, he focuses on delivering big ideas for creative concepts. He’s strategic and passionate and is always looking to find unexpected ways to meet client’s goals with unique ideas. Gilbert is a big fan of collaboration and really enjoys the office atmosphere.

Gino isn’t afraid to color outside the lines. In fact, that’s how he creates some of his best designs. While all of his design work is geared to be aesthetically pleasing, it’s developing the strategy behind the images that Gino most enjoys, knowing he’s helping clients tell their story and reach their goals.

From discovery to implementation, Greg helps clients to define their digital strategy with a passion for data analysis. But he doesn’t do it alone. One of Greg’s favorite things about Pipitone is that he never works on an island, as he works alongside a team with comprehensive expertise.

There’s nothing Kaidia loves more than researching a complex idea and explaining it in a way that’s easy for anyone to understand. That’s part of her role as a content strategist, in which she also drafts everything from social media posts and email campaigns to press releases and media pitches. Kaidia is creative, strategic and collaborative – as a young professional who’s hungry to learn from others, Pipitone is the perfect fit.

Kamron is a master craftsman. This art director helps shape the look and feel of various B2B campaigns, applying branded messaging to everything from video and digital ads to print collateral and ephemera. The variety of projects and the breakneck speed with which they are produced is Kamron’s favorite thing about working with us. He also loves collaborating with and learning from his experienced and talented colleagues.

Being honest, versatile and adaptable is what makes Kelli such an exceptional social media coordinator. Kelsey’s passion for strategic planning shines through everything she does at Pipitone. A proficient Senior Front-End Developer, Lindsay links design and technology to deliver interactive and intuitive websites that bring our clients’ brands to life online. Lindsay’s favorite thing about working at Pipitone is the flexibility the agency provides.

Madison is incredibly passionate about print design and packaging. She loves taking things from a 2D digital space into the real world. To Madison, motion graphics are like solving a puzzle – she enjoys figuring out how to get all the moving parts to come together. Madison brings her energy, quirkiness and creativity to our clients every day while also growing as a designer and collaborating with our team.

As a creative person herself, Maggie is the perfect fit for our agency culture. In fact, she was drawn to us because we do more than just client work – we also help make a difference in the community. Maggie’s goal-oriented, communicative nature serves her well in her role as an account coordinator, and she’s excited to be a part of our dynamic account services team.

Festive agency events like the annual Olympics, office happy hours, and volunteer days when we give back to the community make working at Pipitone fun for Maria. But she says learning from the talented people she’s surrounded by make her job especially rewarding. Enthusiastic, collaborative and driven, Maria sends digital media to publications and assists the agency’s account executives on day-to-day work for clients.

As Pipitone’s Billing Specialist, Maureen works to compile client billing for our rockstar account services team and finalize and send invoices to our clients. She’s detailed and accurate with her work and brings a sunny dose of positivity to the entire office! Her favorite part of being part of the team is the people she works with and those she’s met through her years of work at Pipitone.

For Megan, strategy is the name of the game. In her role with us, Megan develops digital strategies that zero in on our clients’ main goals, while ensuring those goals stay measurable. She’s very excited about the opportunity to further develop the performance marketing role and shift the focus to data and results. Megan is also a big fan of agency culture and her talented teammates!

As a Senior Content Strategist, Melanie is creative, curious and committed to crafting great work. She writes content for top-tier clients in every type of media – and especially enjoys creating scripts and storyboards for videos and commercials. To make it happen, she works closely with the creative and digital teams to visualize scientific, often technical concepts before executing and delivering cohesive narratives to end users.

Just as we go above and beyond for our clients, Melanie goes above and beyond for us! As our People Experience Manager, Melanie is responsible for employee recruitment and on-boarding, benefits administration, employee relations and much more. Her friendliness, empathy and passion for her work make Melanie the perfect person to help new employees feel welcome and part of the Pipitone family throughout the on-boarding process.

Noah is a jack of all trades. While his official title is video producer, Noah is well versed in everything from photography and graphic design to web design and wireframing. A true team player, Noah enjoys working closely with his talented and passionate coworkers on new and exciting projects, as well as developing his current skillset and adding new skills to his toolbox.

Paige embodies the ideal traits an account coordinator should possess – hardworking, organized and creative. She assists account executives with a variety of tasks – from managing digital and print campaigns to developing project budgets and timelines. Paige is a big fan of the cutting-edge work our team puts out on a daily basis, and she’s excited to learn more of the ins and outs of account services!

Randy is an idea guy. That helps him come up with creative concepts that go beyond the expected and help our clients communicate their message to their audiences. Whether it’s print, digital, TV or more, as our Senior Art Director, Randy collaborates with the team to always deliver exceptional work.

Ryan is all about the details, so it’s no wonder his favorite part of being a PR strategist is analysis. In his role, Ryan also strategizes and executes a variety of PR tactics for client initiatives, manages media relations efforts and traffics all content-related projects for clients. Ryan brings energy and passion to his work every day and loves working with and learning more about his clients and teammates.

When it comes to developing marketing communications plans for clients, Shari is always on-point thanks to her focus on the “big three” – on-time, on-budget and on-strategy. Integrating accounts is one of her favorite things to work on, which gives her the opportunity to think strategically with others throughout the agency.

Susan is a senior digital project manager which means she’s the master manager of website builds, digital rebrands and site maintenance. She is also a passionate team leader for digital project managers and developers – helping her colleagues grow in their careers. Her favorite part of her job is the requirements phase of a project where she gets to work strategically with clients to uncover their website needs.

If you ever find yourself at the intersection of graphic design and social media, chances are Taylor will be there, too. Taylor is passionate about social media and branding, and she’s excited to get the opportunity to collaborate and learn from the entire Pipitone team as she grows her personal and professional skills. And as an inventive, creative, deadline-driven person, she fits our office culture like a glove.

Tim is a jack of all trades. Whether it’s delivering truly intuitive UI designs for websites, art directing video shoots or being our in-house photographer, Tim excels at everything he does for our clients. As Art Director, Tim loves collaborating with the whole team to put creative solutions in front of our clients that really move the needle.

Honest and responsible, Tina’s role as a finance assistant offers her the opportunity to meet impressive clients and to learn the advertising business. Her responsibilities include reconciling media, supporting account services in client billing, and coordinating the agency’s parties and events. Tina is known as an extremely hard worker – sometimes working extra-fast to get the job done – and says Pipitone is the best employer she’s ever had.

Toni is a true brand guru. As an Art Director, she is passionate about branding and design for a wide range of applications, including print and digital ads, emails and newsletters, creative campaigns, social media and much more. Toni always asks tough questions and holds her work – and herself – to a high standard. She also loves opportunities to collaborate and brainstorm with her Pipitone teammates.

Zoe is a social media guru. In her role as a social media strategist, Zoe loves to construct strategies and tactics that help boost our clients’ integrated social campaigns. As a driven, collaborative and competitive person, Zoe is the perfect fit for us – she enjoys working with and learning from the fun, knowledgeable and creative group at Pipitone that brings a vast amount of experience to the table.
